Enterprise Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a consistent ability to increase revenue within existing customer relationships, maximize lifetime profitability with those customers, and manager investments in accounts.
  • Build broad and deep relationships with existing customers and during new customer implementations. Develop and foster trust relationships with procurement, IT, supply chain, finance, and senior management roles at these accounts.
  • Leverage existing account relationships to identify and develop additional upsell opportunities within accounts resulting in incremental revenue.
  • Architect proposals to make existing customers’ procurement processes more effective and efficient to generate better results from sourcing and other strategic procurement initiatives. Collaborate with customers to build persuasive and defensible ROI-based business cases that support customer initiatives.
  • Present the BravoSolution value proposition and examples thereof through various media including PowerPoint, webinars, proposals, media and analyst interviews, and white papers.
  • Foster positive references from customers and develop case studies for use in sales and marketing efforts.
  • Report on existing account forecast for upsells and renewals, resource requirements, project progress, and account planning strategies for identifying additional opportunities.
  • Responsible for clearly communicating SOW project deliverables to the BravoSolution project teams.
  • Maintain customer account plans commensurate with strategic value of relationships.
  • Maximize lifetime profitability of customer relationships and manage investments in accounts.
  • Support internal Sales & Operations Planning functions as necessary.
  • Use provided tools for account management and other internal processes consistently with BravoSolution best practices.
  • Facilitate customer satisfaction and adoption assessments and reviews.
  • Intermittent travel to customer and BravoSolution locations required.

Business Development Director

  • Achieve 100% + quota attainment in the territory, maintaining the appropriate levels of weekly prospecting, customer engagement, and pipeline advancement tasks to sustain a consistent rhythm of regular bell-rings.
  • Aggressively prospect for new contacts and connections within the assigned territory.
  • Proactively create and manage your territory’s strategic and tactical plan to advance BravoSolution’s sales goals.
  • Properly forecasts monthly, quarterly and annual revenue, and tracks appropriate client communications in SalesForce CRM.
  • Collaborates freely with colleagues to refine best practices, share market insights, and ensure that each day is more effective and productive than the previous.
  • Represent BravoSolution professionally and intelligently in face-to-face or virtual sales calls, trade shows, phone calls, or social media connections.

Sr. Consultant – Spend Refresh Team Lead

Location: Malvern, PA

Key Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly data refreshes to ensure customer committed SLAs and commitment dates are achieved.
  • Track refresh activities to communicated timelines and track and manage all related issues through resolution.
  • Communicate status updates to customers and internal Account Directors.
  • Document and standardize the refresh processes to ensure consistent high-quality delivery.
  • Become a recognized expert in the BravoSolution Spend Management application.
  • Understand how customers are using the BravoSolution software to provide effective solutions.

Analyst, Global Customer Care

Key Responsibilities

  • Become a recognized expert in the BravoSolution technology suite.
  • Support customers in the use of features and functions of our technology suite.
  • Understand how customers are using BravoSolution software to provide effective support.
  • Coordinate and complete periodic data reviews, updates, issue resolution, manipulation and uploads associated with customer projects.
  • Track manage, and escalate support issues within the team, participating in a 24/7/365 on-call rotation.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and peers to ensure support issues are quickly and efficiently resolved.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
– Structure and execute solutions which use Supplier Relationship Management technology (eSourcing, Spend Analysis), and ideally Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence technology.
– Develop software implementation programs and manage project plans.
– Ensure projects are financially successful and report on project key performance indicators to management.

Technology Management:
– Serve as technology expert on BravoSolution software.
– Understand software configuration process in detail and lead configuration teams.
– Train team members and customers on software configuration process.
– Troubleshoot software configuration and production issues.

Project Delivery:
– Prepare and deliver professional services related to technology deployment and strategy consulting.
