Engagement Manager

Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
– Structure and execute solutions which use Supplier Relationship Management technology (eSourcing, Spend Analysis), and ideally Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence technology.
– Develop software implementation programs and manage project plans.
– Ensure projects are financially successful and report on project key performance indicators to management.

Technology Management:
– Serve as technology expert on BravoSolution software.
– Understand software configuration process in detail and lead configuration teams.
– Train team members and customers on software configuration process.
– Troubleshoot software configuration and production issues.

Project Delivery:
– Prepare and deliver professional services related to technology deployment and strategy consulting.
– Gather and document requirements for off-the-shelf and/or custom software.
– Lead and participate in software configuration, deployment and testing activities.

Client Management:    
– Identify issues important to client and ensure client satisfaction.
– Utilize client insights to strengthen and grow current relationships through developing new ideas for current clients.  – Create proposals that reflect reality of time lines, including how to include contingencies.

People Management:    
– Structure and manage teams containing technical individuals.
– Mentor and provide career coaching and feedback junior staff members.

Consultant

Location: Chicago, IL

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop excellent relationships with existing customers, demonstrating a full understanding of their business needs and their projects requirements, deliverables and expectations.
• Develop strong customer relationships along with an ability to easily convey the use of BravoSolution technology and services offerings.
• Analyze and fully understand the customer’s procurement procedures to identify where BravoSolution’s offering can be best implemented.
• Communicate authoritatively (both verbal and written) through various media to deliver presentations, project plans, product demonstrations, written proposals and specification documents.
• Contribute persuasive and convincing business case arguments and proposals to project teams.
• Demonstrate good working knowledge of:  Strategic sourcing process.  Spend analysis, business case development and associated data analysis.  Supplier sourcing and analysis.  Full eSourcing solutions.  eAuction delivery.
• Train and support internal and external users on BravoSolution offerings.
• Make recommendations to customers on ways in which their sourcing process can be made more efficient and cost effective.
• Support customers through full implementation of BravoSolution offerings including requirements gathering, system configuration, services delivery and training. • Advocate with customers to increase their acceptance and usage of BravoSolution’s technology and services.
• Up to 50% travel within the US with the possibility of occasional International travel.

Manager, Sales Operations

Location: Chicago, IL

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with Executive team, sales directors and marketing to achieve revenue goals by providing timely analysis into pipeline, forecasting, account-based growth and overall revenue results.
  • Highly productive and autonomous contributor who takes the initiative and maintains responsibility for shaping and executing upon our strategy and operations.
  • Analyse data and present key issues and opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain advanced GTM KPI dashboard to provide insights into business.
  • Manage the development of continuously-evolving forecast models and methodologies, own the quantitative analysis of the performance of our sales team, customers, prospects, partners, markets, and products/services.
  • Use data analysis, data visualization and predictive modeling to tell story and solve complex business problems.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing and possess the ability/experience to understand marketing automation software to develop and expand lead gen/customer lead lifecycle process.
  • Identify issues and solutions and implement process for improved sales and business workflows.
  • Coordinate weekly, quarterly and annual sales planning by preparing and supporting the delivery of specific sales coverage and forecasting analytics.
  • Responsible for new hire onboarding and sales training.

Business Development Director (Commercial)

Locations: Midwest; Mid-Atlantic

Overview: Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, Business Development Directors are responsible for executing the sales methodology to secure new business and grow revenue from existing customers. They drive the sales process, with a solid focus on closing target accounts. They build trust with executive level prospect contacts, articulate client challenges in terms of their industry and business needs, and present a BravoSolution solution that addresses those needs. They work directly with inside sales team to generate leads and sustain a solid pipeline. Exceptional candidates for this position may demonstrate an in-depth understanding of strategic supply management.
